Pathways to Leadership is open to anyone who wants to better understand how our community and region work, and find meaningful ways to get involved. You don't need a certain title, profession, or level of community experience to participate. Pathways is designed to help you learn, connect, and discover ways to make an impact.

Expect more than presentations. Sessions will include conversations with local leaders, opportunities to ask questions, interactive activities, and time to connect with other participants. You'll also leave with resources to help you continue learning and get involved beyond the six-week program.

Participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions to get the most out of the program. Each week explores a different part of the community, and together the six sessions build a more complete picture of how our community works and the many ways you can get involved. The registration plan asks participants to commit to participating in each week to the best of their ability.

The Chamber believes an informed, connected, and engaged community is important to New Braunfels’ future. Pathways to Leadership creates an approachable way for people to better understand the community, connect with local leaders, and discover opportunities to get involved.

The Chamber serves as the convener of the program, bringing together local leaders and subject-matter experts to share their firsthand knowledge and perspectives. An experienced facilitator guides participants through each of the six sessions, helping create meaningful conversations and connections along the way.
