Pathways to Leadership is a six-week program designed to help you better understand how our community and region work, how decisions are made, and how you can make a meaningful impact. Through conversations with local and regional leaders, interactive activities, and firsthand learning, you’ll explore how the people, organizations, and systems shaping our community work together.

Along the way, you’ll hear directly from the people doing the work, ask questions, explore different perspectives, and discover practical ways to connect, serve, advocate, and lead.

Leadership doesn't always mean holding a title or running for office. It can mean volunteering, serving on a board, advocating for an issue, supporting a local organization, staying informed, or simply becoming more engaged in the place you call home.
