Being an exhibitor at the New Braunfels Women's Conference is a great way to promote your business! We're offering few location options at varying price points ($350, $275, or $250). Each table location gives you access to at least one dedicated hour to showcase your products or services to all attendees. The exhibit will take place before the main program begins, so you'll have the opportunity to fully participate in the amazing program we have planned, just like everyone else.

Exhibitors will be provided one 6ft table. You are encouraged to bring materials to attract attendees to your table including a table cloth, decorations, marketing materials, giveaways, etc.
There is one opportunity for attendees to visit exhibitors:
We’ve designed the schedule so our exhibitors can participate in the conference program. Please note Chamber Staff, event volunteers and The Venue are not responsible for items left unattended.
Exhibitor staff are responsible for packing up all supplies they brought, including removing all trash. Exhibitors in the main room must keep their displays intact until the conference concludes at 3:00 p.m. to avoid disrupting the program. All exhibitors are required to have their spaces fully cleaned and cleared by 5:00 p.m.
One ticket is included with the purchase of your exhibitor space (exhibitors only, not sponsors). Tickets are required for all individuals working. If you need more tickets, those can easily be purchased.
