Setup will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 27, and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 28. Please bring your own handcart or dolly to transport your supplies, as none will be provided onsite. If you need electricity, be sure to bring a power strip and extension cord. Wireless internet will be available. All exhibitors must be fully set up by 9:00 a.m.

Exhibitors will be provided one 6ft table and two chairs. You are encouraged to bring materials to attract attendees to your table including a table cloth, decorations, marketing materials, giveaways, etc.   

There is one opportunity for attendees to visit exhibitors: 

• 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. during registration/networking 

We’ve designed the schedule so our exhibitors can participate in the conference program. Please note Chamber Staff, event volunteers and the New Braunfels Civic Center are not responsible for items left unattended.  

Exhibitor staff are responsible for packing up all supplies they brought, including removing all trash. Exhibitors in the main room must keep their displays intact until the conference concludes at 3:00 p.m. to avoid disrupting the program. All exhibitors are required to have their spaces fully cleaned and cleared by 5:00 p.m. 

One ticket is included with the purchase of your exhibitor space (exhibitors only, not sponsors). Tickets are required for all individuals working. If you need more tickets, those can easily be purchased. 

• No staples, tacks, tape, screws, or nails can be used to attach decorations to the walls. 
• The use of drones, fireworks, glitter, confetti, rice, bubbles, silk flower petals, silly string, feathers, balloon spray, all other small particle decorations, unprotected candles, and sand are strictly prohibited.   
• Pets are not allowed. However, service dogs are the exception.
