Melissa Boggs is a keynote speaker, leadership strategist, and culture consultant who helps individuals and organizations move from hesitation to bold, meaningful action. Before she ever laced up her roller skates on stage, she spent nearly two decades leading teams and driving change in both corporate and nonprofit settings.
Melissa called New Braunfels home for 17 years, and spent 12 years working at The SCOOTER Store, where she held leadership roles in IT, training, and operations. It was there she developed her passion for human-centered leadership and her belief that courage is built - not born. Now she brings that belief to audiences across the country, blending storytelling, practical insight, and (yes) roller skates to help people take their next brave step forward.
