La Cosecha Mexican Table, located 505 Business, N. Interstate 35 Frontage Rd. in New Braunfels, TX is now offering to-go party kits, with entrees, sides, margaritas, and desserts. Customers can order online ahead for pickup. The La Cosecha Party Kits feed 4-6 people each and are perfect for any gatherings, holiday parties, corporate parties, birthdays, or just family dinners.
The Fajita Party Kit includes your choice of fajita meat served with salsa, chips, and fajita fixings. The Enchilada Party Kit includes your choice of enchiladas (beef, chicken, cheese, or mixed) & is served with chips and salsa. Enchiladas can be prepared ready to serve or ready to cook - your choice! Party sides include one quart of the following options: brisket queso, guacamole, esquites or brussels sprouts, charro beans, refried beans, or rice. Also on the Party Kits Menu is the Party Salad, which is the “ De La Casa Salad” served with dressing on the side. Dessert options are chocolate tres leches and flan.
Customers can complete their party packs by adding on a batch of La Cosecha’s house-made margaritas, pre-mixed & ready to serve over ice. Guests can choose from two flavor options, Red Bell Pepper or Classic Margarita. Orders can be placed online and scheduled ahead of time for pick up.

They serve lunch specials Monday through Friday from 11am-3pm, and happy hour specials Monday through Friday from 3pm-6pm.
