SH-46 from I-35 to I-10

Improve SH 46, to include the interchange with I-35, and the expanded roadways to I-10 and US 281

Additional priorities

We support transportation projects that:

  • Create a non-tolled high-speed connector between I-35 and SH 130
  • Improve arterials and connectors from I-35 heading East
  • Identify a Guadalupe River crossing between I-10 and I-35
  • Build a western connector that bypasses New Braunfels from SH 46 to I-35
  • Improve connectivity between the FM 306 corridor and downtown
  • Advance multi-modal options for residents that decrease dependence on road infrastructure (trails, sidewalks, public transportation)
