The Chamber's Economic Development team recently hosted the quarterly Regional Job Fair in New Braunfels on February 6th. This event, which is co-hosted by our regional partners in Cibolo, Schertz, and Seguin, was held at the McKenna Events Center in New Braunfels. We are happy to announce that last week's job fair was the largest and most successful edition hosted to date, with over 260 jobseekers and over 50 participating regional employers in attendance at the half-day event.
"This event is such a great opportunity to connect jobseekers with our fantastic employers across the region," says New Braunfels Chamber Director of Workforce & Industry Development Mike Crowley. "There are so many opportunities for our local population to find an exciting career opportunity and make a difference right here in the community. We are excited to have hosted this event right here in New Braunfels and look forward to the continued growth and success of these quarterly job fairs."
The next regional job fair will be hosted in Seguin and will occur in May. More information, including registration for area employers to participate, will be announced at a later date. Stay tuned to our social media for more details.
