The UTSA Small Business Development Center in New Braunfels will host a Business Model Canvas workshop on Thursday, March 21 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Honors Hall. This free workshop will introduce you to a tool and techniques for inventing your business model and keeping it up-to-date and in the forefront of all of your business decision-making.
Come learn tools for a successful business model including: what a business model is and how it works, a business model canvas and how to use it, and more. Having a business plan is essential to success, however, even if you have a template, it is hard to figure out where to start in building your plan and stick to it. Food and drinks are not provided. You are welcome to bring your own.
