The agenda includes 10 items on the Consent Agenda and 11 Individual Items For Consideration.
The Consent Agenda includes a grant for body armor for the police department, a grant for MultiRAE Lite gas monitors, a contract for construction on Land Street, purchasing Right of Way for the Klein Road Improvements Project, and approval of an ordinance regarding the ratification and continuation of the Emergency Declaration of Local Disaster ordered August 25, 2017.
The Individual Items for Consideration include approval of the Landa Park Master Plan, the extension of rehabilitation tax relief for the historic Jacob Schmidt Building, prohibiting through truck traffic on California and Lakeview boulevards, and adding an all-way stop at the intersection of Gruene Road and Gruene Lake Drive, among other items.
