Whitney brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership, operations, and team development, serving in higher education and corporate settings across a variety of industries. She understands the unique complexities of different organizations. She has often been called a Swiss Army knife by colleagues as she quickly identifies and solves for opportunities.

She moved to New Braunfels in 2014 to help plant the Howard Payne University campus. Leaving to work in corporate, including C12 Business Forums, before returning to run the HPU NB campus for a few years. She then founded Emboldened Entrepreneur to help build stronger businesses by aligning operations and teams during transitions. She also hosts the Emboldened Entrepreneur podcast, which sits at the intersection of business, faith, and overcoming fear to live with emboldened purpose.

She is very involved in the community, serving as the Chair of the Business Advisory Committee through the Chamber of Commerce, and is part of the 2026 Leadership New Braunfels class. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, and being near a body of water.
