Ashley is a foodie, artist, pastry chef and mom. She studied culinary arts at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. She opened 2tarts Bakery with her sister, April, in 2010 in New Braunfels, Texas. She also owns Scoop Street Ice Cream in downtown New Braunfels with her husband, Peter. Her dedication to the slow food movement has earned 2tarts features online and print publications alike. She is also a 2 time winner on the Food Network. In 2019 on the Christmas Cookie Challenge and in 2023 on the Holiday Baking Championship. Ashley and her sister April won Small Business Person of the Year in 2020. Ashley was feature in Food Network Magazine and was also recognized as a Rising Star of New Braunfels in 2021. She looks forward to spreading her love for food and baking all over the world.
