One of the things we're most proud of at the New Braunfels Chamber is our team. Every day, they show up with one goal in mind: serving our members and championing our community. It's one of our core values, and this month, that commitment was recognized by peers and partner organizations across Texas.
While these honors celebrate individual achievements, they also reflect the collaborative, service-minded culture our team strives to build every day.
Jonathan Packer, President & CEO, received the Arthur A. Roberts Distinguished Service Award from the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE). Named in honor of longtime chamber leader Arthur A. Roberts, this prestigious statewide award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exemplary service and made outstanding contributions to both the chamber profession and TCCE. Jonathan's leadership extends well beyond New Braunfels, helping strengthen chambers, businesses, and communities across Texas.
Mike Crowley, Vice President of Workforce & Industry Development, was honored with the 2026 Small Business Advocate Award from Workforce Solutions Alamo. This award recognizes Mike's commitment to supporting and advocating for small businesses throughout our region. Through his work connecting employers with workforce resources and championing business success, Mike continues to make a meaningful impact on our local economy.
Emily Hoffmann, Director of the Braunfels Foundation Trust, was named Rotarian of the Year by the Rotary Club of New Braunfels. The award recognizes Rotarians who exemplify the spirit of Service Above Self through their leadership, volunteerism, and dedication to strengthening both their club and the community. Emily's servant leadership and willingness to step up wherever she's needed make her a deserving recipient of this honor.
These recognitions are a reminder that the work of the Chamber extends far beyond our office walls. Our team serves on nonprofit boards, volunteers throughout the community, advocates for local businesses, and builds relationships that make New Braunfels stronger.
Congratulations to Jonathan, Mike, and Emily on these well-deserved honors. Thank you for living out our mission and our values every day, and for continuing to champion our community through your leadership, service, and dedication.
