Our September Membership Mixer brought over 300 Chamber members together at the Comal County Fair, giving members a chance to catch up, build relationships, and enjoy one of New Braunfels’ longest-running traditions.
The Comal County Fair Association has been a Chamber member since 1889, making its relationship with the Chamber one that spans generations. The Fair itself has deep roots in our community, bringing people together for more than 130 years to celebrate the agricultural heritage and traditions of Comal County through livestock shows, rodeo events, the parade, carnival rides, live music, food and more.
Mike & Vicky McCown from Property Pulse Inspection was our $10 Mystery Member, and Jenny Jaeckle with 1845 Creative took home the $10 prize. The cash prize went unclaimed, which means the pot has officially reached its $500 max for our October Mixer! Names will be called until we have a winner, but you must be present to win.
Thank you to the Comal County Fair Association for welcoming our members and giving us the opportunity to spend an evening together while celebrating a tradition that means so much to our community.
Join us next month on October 15 at Veramendi - The Ledge from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for our next Membership Mixer. Be sure to bring your membership card and come ready to connect with fellow Chamber members and community leaders. We hope to see you there!
