Clint Pulpan, will be partnering with Cross Lutheran to offer the Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (C.R.A.S.E.) training session. This program, developed by the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) center at Texas State University, is widely recognized as a national standard for civilian preparedness during active shooter incidents.
