Vendor information

Our vendors are one of the highlights of the New Braunfels Dia de los Muertos Festival! Participating as a vendor puts your small business in front of an estimated 10,000+ festival attendees. 

If you have a food truck, business, product or service you would like to feature at the festival, apply to be a vendor! Pricing varies and all vendors are juried (meaning a committee reviews each application and approves them) before your participation is confirmed. 

Art vendors

Our festival accepts approximately 60 arts and goods vendors who showcase a diverse array of unique items. Our vendors feature a wide selection of products including jewelry, artwork, clothing, flower crowns, and more.

Food vendors

Our festival will accepts approximately 25-30 food vendors for the 2024 event. We are seeking those who can efficiently serve large crowds with high-quality offerings. No alcohol may be sold at food booths and all vendors serving sodas or waters will be charged an additional fee.

Vendor application

Art (non-food) vendors

All vendors are required to provide their own equipment to operate. The festival does not furnish tables, chairs, tents, or electricity. Vendors needing electricity are required to bring their own generator. Generators must be silent and odorless. 

Vendor fees:

The festival will accept approximately 60 non-food vendors to participate in the festival. All applications will be reviewed by a committee and accepted/denied participation. All applicants will be notified regardless of the decision. If accepted, payment must be received by September 6, 2024, otherwise your spot will be given away to the next vendor in line.   

Food vendors

All food vendors are required to provide their own equipment to operate. The festival does not furnish tables, chairs, tents, ice, water, or electricity. Vendors needing electricity are required to bring their own generator. Generators must be silent and odorless. 

Vendor fees:

* Pits or smokers may not register for a 10x10 space. You must register for at least a 10x20 to allow distance from other vendors.

** Food vendors selling sodas and/or waters are will be charged an additional $50 fee. Food vendors selling only beverages (zero food items on your menu, ex: tea or aguas frescas only) will not pay this additional fee.

The festival will accept approximately 25 food vendors to participate in the festival. Food items will be limited to avoid multiple vendors with the same product. All applications will be reviewed by a committee and accepted/denied participation. All applicants will be notified regardless of the decision. If accepted, payment must be received by September 6, 2024, otherwise your spot will be given away to the next vendor in line.   

All food vendors will be required to receive a temporary food permit from the City of New Braunfels.
